Shipping / Collection

• All Van Raam models are built to order. Delivery times vary – we will confirm an estimated delivery date when you place your order. In most cases it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery after payment has been made in full.

• Bikes can be collected free of charge from our base at Golf It! in Glasgow.

• If you require delivery, we will arrange this separately and confirm costs before finalising your order.

Returns & Refunds – Bike Sales

• Because many of our bikes are custom built or special order, we cannot accept returns once the order has been placed.

• If your bike arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer (Van Raam) to repair or replace it under warranty.

• Refunds are only available where the product is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Returns & Refunds – Accessories & Non-Custom Items

• Accessories (helmets, lights, standard parts) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

Test Rides & Hire

• Test rides and hires must be booked in person at our shop; no advanced bookings.

General

• Spyf On Bikes Ltd is a registered social enterprise. All profits are reinvested into St Paul’s Youth Forum charity.

• These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
